This 1867 stonehouse was constructed by Michael Blenke and his stonemason brother, Andrew. The Blenke family immigrated from Western Austria in 1845 and settled in Camp Springs. This modest stonehouse and farmstead is nestled on a wooded lot across from a small creek that originally had a grist mill. The house was recently purchased by John Blenke, a descendent of the original family and is being sensitively restored.
