Built 1871- Farm has stonehouse, barn, stone smokehouse, pigpen, corncrib, chicken house, summer kitchen, horse shed, and wagon paint shop. A stone blacksmith shop now extinct. Formerly a truck and dairy farm, the present farm operations include forages and commercial vineyards.
